What does "travel percentage" mean, regarding a job posting? i.e. "Travel Percentage: <20% Travel"

You might want to talk about reimbursement for milage, etc. In my case, I travel out of town one week a month. While this means I am out of the office 25% of the time, but this does not account for my personal time away from home.
